Overview:
Passive Fire Protection works were carried out at St Mary’s School.
The works were carried out in the plantroom following replacement of the boilers. Asbestos Boards had been removed by an Asbestos company and small gaps were left that needed fire stopping.
This project had a tight time scale due to restricted access to the school, however, careful planning in conjunction with the main contractor and the client meant works were safely completed on time and budget.
